I want to know how people can take me more seriously?

in the past ive been known as outrageous ,klumsy, and yes dumb.... but still adorable. People think im immature but i guess kinda like me cuz i am. I wanna know how to be loveable but still mature??? Also how to change the other peoplez minds tht already know me for the dumb 1 i am???
