Could I be going into labor?

I woke up with loose stools this morning, not watery but loose. Sorry if your easily grossed out lol. Anyway I just got back from the doctors office and I noticed I have orangy red stuff coming out with itty bitty chunks in it when I wipe. Is this from the exam or could it be the start of labor? I also feel achy and pressure in my lower abdomen but nothing extreme. Waiting for a call back from my doctors office but curious to see what you all think.
