The couple is in their late 20's with a three year old child. The dad goes off to work every weekday, the mom says she goes to school two days and two nights a week. My 2 year old has scaly patches here and there on her scalp and some little waxy scabs too...?

Shes been to the doctor twice now and was given medication to treat a fungal infection. Seems like its not working. The patches are the size of quarters roughly and are scaly. Allergist Help?

I'm looking for advice, I have Chronic Sinusitis and Chronic Allergies. I had been on allegy shots 3 years then off a year and retested with just as bad or worse allergies as before the 3 years worth of shots, they tried allergy shots again but had to stop due to a sever reaction. I had my 5th sinuse surgery this last Apirl and my ENT wanted me go back to the allergist. But when i went back the allergist i seen before had moved on. The new one i seen said it was all lung problems and sent me to lung specialist. The Lung specialist was wondering why i am there, she looked through my chart, and read off the allergy test results, she ran lung tests, i do have asthma which i knew but main problem is allergies. So now i'm trying to figure out, since the allergy shots didn't work last time, am i wasting my time to find another allergist? And if i do should i see if i can get into the Mayo Clinic, or one at universaty or go another local one?

I definitely think you got a shot at Baylor, as it is really easy for anyone to get accepted. A&M will be more challenging, as its admissions has become increasingly more competitive over the past few years. I got friends with much better stats than yours, and are scared that they won't get into A&M (Both applying to Mays Business): one friend is the cl president, has a SAT of 1870 (1270 composite, only 30 points short of automatic admission), Top 14% of our cl, is in NHS, National Spanish Honor Society, works 32 hrs/week, lots and lots of other minor clubs and has several more leadership positions for his church, and over 200 community service hours. My other friend's stats are less impressive. Top 31%, SAT of 1870 (composite of 1240), lots of minor clubs, about 200 hours of community service also. They are scared they won't make it into the actual school, not just Mays school of business. See here's the thing, the two colleges that fill up the fastest are the Business school and the Engineering School, and these are mostly reserved for automatic admits. I think you got a shot at the A&M, but I honestly don't think you have any shot at Mays, sorry I'm just being honest. Apply anyways, and we'll see what happens.

Low idle and shaking when stopped.?

My 2000 Mitsubishi Montero runs fine except when you stop. It starts to idle low (5), and shakes the whole truck. It never dies, just shaking and idling low. I can hear it is taking in a lot of gas that isnt combusted when I start going again. Anyone know why?

Okay so I am 19 and work as a receptionist in a real estate office. There's one realtor that stands out to me. We joke around and flirt at work. How to fix a garage door that is lopsided from something being stuck under it?

First, take a look at the door as it is now. Is it still rectangular, or is it tzoidal from the stress of being warped? If it's tzoidal, then you must reshape it -- you'll probably have to add a brace of some sort to hold it's corrected shape. If it has those long springs which swing from the back wall of the garage, you might help the situation by opening the door, then tightening the spring on the "low" side of the door. DON'T EVER disconnect or tamper with the springs when they're under tension -- mayhem will certainly ensue. If your door is wide (sixteen or eighteen feet wide), and if you have two springs wrapped around the pipe looking rod on the wall above the door, you can adjust the spring on the low side -- you'll have to make a tool to stick in the hole to turn it, then remove and reinstall the little pin which keeps it tensioned. This won't help if your garage door has only one such spring. This type is very hard to reach with the door opened. Don't mess with garage door springs if you don't know what you're doing. Things can get out of hand in a split second, and people do get hurt -- sometimes badly. Please be careful, and good luck with your project.

This may sound a little strange but I've always wanted to ask about something. I like writing, I've started several stories for my own personal enjoyment. The joy for me is in creating the worlds with all of its lore in my head. I know that if I ever try to publish I should read a few books in the genre I'm writing. However, what if the reason for desiring to publish is based primarily on disgust for much of what is out there. I adopted a disabled child and my family is giving me a hard time about it?

I didn't have any children and I adopted a disabled daughter, she's 12, she's a quadriplegic and is ventilator dependent and has to be tube fed, diapered, is underweight and has had a hurtful past. She will always need to be cared for. My parents and siblings were shocked when i chose to adopt her even though she's a beautiful girl despite her disabilities and they have kept asking me why I didn't adopt a baby or at least a child that wasn't disabled if I was going to adopt one, or why I just didn't have my own. They've said rude things in front of my daughter (and she is perfectly mentally capable so she can understand) even though I've told them not to, and they don't talk to her much and my parents don't treat her at all like they treat my brother and sister's kids (which are their biological grandchildren and they don't have any problems)....I've always loved my family and they live near and come over to visit but how can I get them to treat my daughter better? Lets start with the last first, The Old Testament god of the bible was created around 8000 years ago, Satan, who by the way was a created son of god, Named Lucifer, Satan was created 2000 years ago by the catholic authors in creating the New Testament and christianity. So, it looks like this Satan wasnt around when god created good for Satan to create the bad. You seem to be wrong in another respect that god created everything, nothing else created anything Only god is the creator. We must now ask ourselves this, Would/ could god create anything it did not want created. In my mind the answere would be no, but it seems the O.T. god does this very thing on every other page. Whenever god creates anything, it also creates an anti-creation of the original creation. Like everything created needs a negative and positive effect. In the book that it is said that god inspired it is told of god createing the sun to revolve around the earth and the earth will stand still. Yet, we find in real life the sun doesnt work like that and of course neither does the earth. It cannot be that the sun and earth rebeled and did things their own way because we read in many places what happens to things that rebel from god, and recieves gods wrath, So I can only ume that the god of the O,T did not do all this createing. An updated, new DSM can get really, really pricey. There's a lot of books that concentrate on a few or a single mental illness, but as far as I'm aware of, besides the DSM there's not a book that concentrates on every single mental disorder known. I'm now a psych major, in grade school I knew what I wanted my main focus to be on in psychology so a lot of the books I purchased were around those types of things. If there's something in particular you're interested in I would work around that, and if you actually want information on everything I'd suggest spending a lot of time at a library researching or online researching (if you do it online just make sure that the website(s) is/are legit). If you really want to get your hands on a DSM try checking it out at the library, call local libraries and ask if they have it and if not if they could get one in

Sims 2 Pets Stories Error?

I just installed Sims 2 Pets Stories on my laptop, and the on the case it says laptop friendly, but I've played it for about an hour, and a lot of the time there are like Sim glitches. Sometimes my Sims head is unattached to my Sims body and my Sims body is all stretched out and fat and half way across the room! At one point, at the end of my playing time, my dog and my Sims body had patches of black all over it and it's getting annoying having to play like this. And all of the genealogy sites charge or tease you with records you can't see unless you register to that site. I wouldn't waste your money on that, I would put a wanted ad on craigslist for a parrot cage, I got my sun a cage big enough for a grey or amazon for 100 dollars in perfect condition, she looks like a parakeet in there cause its so big, but sun conures are very active birds and she uses every inch of that cage. I also don't advise getting any kind of play top cage. I would get a regular cage, then a seperate playstand. Not all, but some birds can get quite cage aggresive, and if they have the playtop they may think the outside and surounding area is theirs too. I had a grey that would launch himself from his cage if anyone went within 3 feet of his cage. I learned my lesson. Luckily my sun doesn't have any kind of cage aggresion, but I didn't get the playtop for her just in case. I don't know if it has brakes or not, nothing says one way or the other, something to ask the seller though. It does say that it has new wiring and lights...but the only lights that I see are the tail lights. I don't know what your road laws are where you will be hauling but it would be illegal to drive it here during the night with only the tail lights. That is something else to look into. It does not give the height or any other dimensions so you will have to ask in order to figure out if your horses will fit in it comfortabley. I notice that you are not allowed to contact the seller to ask questions...that sends up a red flag to me. I would be very careful with this deal, if you cannot ask a few questions about the trailer and the price is low enough that it is almost too good to be true, well then It might not be all that good. Friends of mine found a similar "bargain priced trailer' for sale on the interent, although the trailer was much newer and a few more bucks but just the same the price was too good to p up..they sent some e-mails inquiring about this and that. UTorrent question: Why are my videos skipping to the beginning?

This happened to me a long time ago, also with some vids and I think a few songs. First, try skipping past 1:30, say, 5:00 or something. The reason for this is because there are some seeds or peers that are anti-torrent sites/people. They purposefully provide corrupt files so that your torrented stuff doesn't work. All torrents are downloaded in chunks, so it's possible your videos have only a certain chunk corrupted, around the 1:30 mark. If you can't skip to ANYTHING past 1:30, check what video player you're using. I use VLC and have no problems. I'm not saying that you have to I'm just providing something that I know works. Some of the higher end video players are very picky on what they can and can't process. I believe VLC is just a player, nothing really fancy. Hell, the thing itself is just a gray border and some ons. If that still doesn't work, it's your videos themselves that got corrupted. Redownload them while using a peer blocker. Peerblock(that's the only one I know if) limits what ISPs your computer contacts, and blocks out the ones it has on a list of proven anti-torrent sites/people. To find peerblock just google it, it should be the first one. Well just edit the question if you have any other questions (that was one of my longest answers =P)

OK I am just your average run of the mill guy. I like to Watch TV, Play video games and watch movies. I dont care about streaming netflix or anything like that, I just want the best picture for my dollar. I am asking this just after coming home from looking at a wide variety of HDTVs. I went to a store where the same image was being projected on all tvs via a coax cable, obviously not a great source of HD. I did however compare the quality of the scrambled feeds and was able to come to a conclusion. My first stop was a panasonic viera 54", I know I am going to get bashed for this but honestly, not really impressed with this tv. I heard that Panasonic makes the worlds best plasma after Pioneer, sorry didn't see it. I dont know if it's just me, but the colors of a Samsung LCD just have that "POP" to them. I was dead set on getting a plasma but now I am undecided. I guess my real question is will I really be able to detect motion blur on a well made, name brand LCD, because that really is my only concern as I LOVE to watch football in HD. I see all these things thrown in my face about 60hz 120hz and 240 hz, all I can say is with my own 2 eyes I honestly can not see the difference. What should I do? The way the doctor explained it to me is that while you're asleep the infected mucous stays in your sinuses, but, when you get out of bed, it begins draining into your throat- and you swallow it. It makes you nauseated, and then you vomit. I only vomited in the morning, and it did not reoccur during the day. Do you have any other symptoms like a headache when you lean over, or soreness when you press over your eyebrows or next to your nose? Another fact- sinus infections never go away by themselves. You have to take antibiotics. Please disregard if this does not apply to you.
