Are there any other reasons for blocked tubes besides std and endometriosis?

i've had the hsg and a diagnostic laparoscopy. the dr determined i had blocked tubes, but i'm a and have never had heteroual . he said i don't have endometriosis and could have contacted an std at some point. i've always practiced safer so i'm wondering if there could be another cause.
