I love him, What should i do?? HELP?

Im 14 and theres this guy and i have liked him for a year now. So im pretty sure i love him. But i dont no if he feels the same way. We are good friends and are in all the same cles and we allways sit together. We flirt together and its just effortless. People allways come up to us when were walking together at school and say "your two should go out" "You guys would be a heaps cute couple." and when someone says that he either changes the subject or just looks at the ground and says nothing. Should i confront him and ask him out? Dose he like me? I have definatly thought about asking him out but i would just be crushed if he said no.... PLEASE HELP this is driving me insane..
