Allergist Help?

I'm looking for advice, I have Chronic Sinusitis and Chronic Allergies. I had been on allegy shots 3 years then off a year and retested with just as bad or worse allergies as before the 3 years worth of shots, they tried allergy shots again but had to stop due to a sever reaction. I had my 5th sinuse surgery this last Apirl and my ENT wanted me go back to the allergist. But when i went back the allergist i seen before had moved on. The new one i seen said it was all lung problems and sent me to lung specialist. The Lung specialist was wondering why i am there, she looked through my chart, and read off the allergy test results, she ran lung tests, i do have asthma which i knew but main problem is allergies. So now i'm trying to figure out, since the allergy shots didn't work last time, am i wasting my time to find another allergist? And if i do should i see if i can get into the Mayo Clinic, or one at universaty or go another local one?
