Does Israel have the right to refuse aid to Gaza from other countries?

Britain are sending a convoy or 110 trucks with aid. Will Israel try to stop them and under international law does it have the rights to do so ?. This convoy will not need to travel through occupied Palestine but will enter through Egypt. Its seems they also have no regard to maritime laws by seizing aid ships that try to dock of the Gaza Strip. They even bomb UN depots in Gaza without a word of apology.Perhaps the threat of an international attack on Israel would put these bullies in their place
