I'm working on losing a few extra pounds, and I've tried a lot of different methods. Currently I'm working on getting myself back on a new diet (End of highschool sort of got me riled up and careless), and just got myself an excelent gym plan! Thing is, I want to focus on losing the 'gut' I have more than anything. I'm not great at situps really, but I can do a fair number of crunches! Any suggestions on more excersises to target that area?
