My boyfreind has a bone infection and may have to have his leg amputated..........?

He got in a car accident which required surgery.I hasnt healed right and now is infected.He doesnt want treatment and tells me and his freinds to stay away.He is in awful pain ,has nightsweats and chills says he wants to die in his sleep so his parents can have the insurance money.The real reason is he is afraid of amputation and says nobody will hire him.I tryed to go see him anyway and he screamed and yelled at me to stay away he wasnt the same person anymore.He hates me and everyone else.He said get a new boyfreind.I told him no ive been with him for years.I talked to a nurse and she said I cant force him to take treatment or to go see a doctor.His parents say I should have more faith in God and that he just wants attention. I told him I would help him and support him but he said he doesnt want charity.I said its not charity I love him.He told me he is trying to find a way to have another accident that will end his misery.He told told me stay away.dont call.How can I help him?
