Badger deterrant in countryside UK?

ok Im meant to be a natural witch, but how can I deter from Brocks visiting my garden every year,turning all the turf up? They have started again down the road, it wont be long before they get to our house and garden lawn!Ive heard I could wee on my bordrs, or leave human hair or nail pairings,or lion droppings, well i dont have a pet lion!
