Morning sickness sans pregnancy?
Okay- I could be totally off base with this one, but I once had the same symptoms. It turned out to be a sinus infection. The way the doctor explained it to me is that while you're asleep the infected mucous stays in your sinuses, but, when you get out of bed, it begins draining into your throat- and you swallow it. It makes you nauseated, and then you vomit. I only vomited in the morning, and it did not reoccur during the day. Do you have any other symptoms like a headache when you lean over, or soreness when you press over your eyebrows or next to your nose? Another fact- sinus infections never go away by themselves. You have to take antibiotics. Please disregard if this does not apply to you.
