Im 15, 5'7'' tall, and weigh 127-130 lbs. Ive looked-up a ton of ways 2 lose fat and gain some muscle, but, there all crap! I need an asured way 2 lose about 5-7lbs, 4 good. Then i need 2 get tone! I have a treadmill, an a bowflex. Im determined and ready. Alright, wut do i need 2 do? An thnx 4 helpin me, cause im not doin it alone.
