How do I help my mother who was set up by fellow officers, and put away because of a corrupt county?

My mother was a cop, and set up by fellow officers after filing ual harment charges, for purchasing marijuana. Two years after her arrest, she finally faced trial, and although the evidence was insufficient, and there was no change of custody for over a year on the "audio tape" that was a video tape with no video. The "undercover officer/informant" was the then fiance, now wife, of one of the sheriff's deputies she filed ual harment charges against. I believe police intimidation was used with the jury, considering all the jurors resided in the county under the jurisdiction of that sheriff's department and the court was full of the employees of that department. I need to know what I can do? Who I can contact that will listen to our story. My mother is sitting in prison, all of the people who were to testify on her behalf were too scared when it came down to it, and my two younger siblings have had their mother taken away and both of them are under the age of 10. I contacted local media when it happened, and no one cared, I contacted human rights groups, and no one could help because it was a single person and not a group of people. She has been gone nearly two years, and I had given up and tried to just move on, but I can't because my mother is innocent, and they have been able to ruin our lives and get away with it. Someone please help me.
