Sounds more like you are bi-polar, which would enplane why the antidepressants don't work. Talk to your councilor again and tell them about your ups and downs. Going out of control, binge drinking, random , depression are all clic symptoms of bi-polar disorder and you would need to take pills designed especially for your condition.
