Can anyone tell me what the movie Ramona and Beezus is about?

From what I gather from the trailer, it seems to be a melange of many of the Beverly Cleary books from the Ramona series. This means it is essentially a feel good story about a typical family and the obstacles they have to overcome (and by obstacles, they really aren't huge things).
